Commercial – This Escondido office was designed in a contemporary style. The modern interior design featured many green materials and finishes. The existing concrete floor was stained creating a permanent flooring finish, instead of carpet which will wear out and be discarded in a short period of time. The interior doors to the executive offices are made of recycled plastic and birch branches. The HVAC and electrical systems were designed to be energy efficient.
